Over the past few years, the bilateral relations between Indonesia and Uzbekistan in both political as well as economic spheres have accelerated. Both countries have the potential to develop their relation, including on trade, social, and tourism. In addition, the two friendly countries also have emotional relations since the countries are Moslem majority nations.
